To make managing occupancy on a small screen or mobile device easier, we have now created Single View Occupancy Management.
When enabled, users will be shown the Virtual queue only when there are customers waiting.
The Add & Remove Customer buttons have been added to the Queue tab so that users are still able to manage the occupancy in-store without affecting customers in the Virtual Queue. But now all occupancy management actions can be carried out without switching between tabs, included editing and resetting the occupancy.
