Desktop notifications
I'm not receiving notification on the desktop for new customers:
Desktop notifications are sent to the browser and then displayed on your device. In newer versions of Chrome, the notifications are no longer handled by Chrome but by your Operating System (Windows or Mac).
In order for Customer Joined/Added Push Notifications to work, the user logged in needs to have at least the 'Server' role. They will then receive a Push Notification for that queue only.
Private browser/Incognito is not recommended and can prevent Push Notifications from being sent.
To manage Chrome native notifications on Windows 10:
Open Settings
Click on System
Click on Notifications
Under “Get notifications from these senders,” select Google Chrome
To manage Chrome native notifications on macOS Catalina:
Open System Preferences
Click on Notifications
Click on Google Chrome
Ensure the Google Chrome alert style is 'Alerts' and the following options are ticked (Show notifications on lock screen is optional)
General
Ensure that https://app.qudini.com (or your URL if Qudini is hosted on a private server) is allowed to send Notifications and any other settings which can limit Notifications are turned OFF:

Push notifications are applicable to both iOS and Android with the Store Team App.
Note:
You need to be logged in to the Store Team App to receive push notifications. For the best experience and to eliminate any problems, it should be one unique user logged in per device.
If the below steps have been conducted and push notifications are still not being received, it is advised that the Store Team App is uninstalled and reinstalled again.
To manage notifications on iOS:
Push notifications work on iOS with the app in view and in the background.
On the first install, you will be prompted upon launching the app to 'Allow' or 'Don't Allow' notifications. Press 'Allow' to allow push notifications to be sent from Qudini.
If you do not see this, then try the following:
Open Settings
Press Qudini
Press Notifications
Ensure 'Allow Notifications' is enabled
If this is all enabled, then lastly ensure that the OS allows notifications.
To manage notifications on Android:
Push notifications work on Android with the app in the background only.
With Android, you will not be prompted upon launching the app to accept notifications.
To ensure they are enabled, try the following:
Open Settings
Press Apps and Notifications
Press Qudini
Press Notifications
Ensure 'Show Notifications' is enabled
If this is all enabled, then lastly ensure that the OS allows notifications.
