Or if you are locked out of your account, you can use the Forgotten Password link on the Login Screen of the Qudini app.
Resetting a users password
As a Venue Admin, log into Qudini via a desktop browser, then click on Admin in the menu bar:
You will be taken to the Venue Users page.
- Click on the Edit Icon on the User
In the User Details popup, select 'by Email' under the Reset Password area.
Then click Reset Password.
The user can then use the reset password email to unlock their account and create a new password.
Forcing a user to change their Password
If you've set a temporary password when creating a user (see section below), or if you think a user should change their password due to security concerns. You can require the user to change their password when they next login:
- Select 'By forcing password change on login' under the Reset Password area.
Then click Reset Password.
The next time the user attempts to login, they will be told to change their password:
Creating a user
Within the Venue Users page, click Add User
Details
Enter the details as needed:
- Full Name - display name of the user.
- Username - used by the user to log into Qudini.
- Email - is the address where the Password Creation email so the user can log in (if the user does not have an email address, you can use setup@qudini.com).
- Mobile Number - is the number you wish the Threshold Alerts to be sent to. If you are not using Threshold Alerts, it is recommended that you leave this blank.
- Employee Id - If you have a payroll Id or employee number that your organisation uses, this can help ensure your user account is matched with other systems.
- Set Password - by default users will be sent an email to ask them to create their Password. However, you can set this manually for them by selecting 'Manually'. You can then input a password for the user.
Passwords must be:
- Contain at least 1 Uppercase
- Contain at least 1 Lowercase
- Contain at least 1 Numeric character
- Be at least 8 characters long
If you create a user's Password manually, we recommend you also use the "force password change on login" feature (as mentioned the section above).
Roles
Select the roles for the user, the 3 roles provide the following capabilities to the user:
- Server - has the ability to set their own Availability and Serve (or be assigned) a customer.
- Concierge - has the ability to set Availability or Assign a customer on behalf of a server.
- Admin - has access to the Admin portal to: Manage users, change Venue opening hours and adjust Generic booking availability (if enabled)
Some permissions may vary based on your organisation's settings.

Assigning a User's Queues
Within the Venue Users page, you can see which queues each user has access to:
To change the queue's they are assigned to and have visibility of by:
- Click on the Edit Icon on the User
- Click Queue
- If the user has the Server role, you can assign a single server queue for the advisor to be assigned to. This is the default queue that the user will set their availability to when they set their shift or booking availability.
- If the user has the Concierge Role, you can select multiple concierge queues that the advisor needs to have visibility of.
Other
Always Available - Users will appear under the Available Advisors section of the Qudini app if they have their availability set on that day. However, you may wish some users to appear on the Advisors section every day during all hours of your opening hours. Enabling Always Available will achieve this.
Deleting a user
Next to each user you will have the option to remove Delete the user. This will ask you to confirm before it removes the user permanently from Qudini.
