As a store admin user you can update send a reset link to any of your team members by:
Click on the Admin tab in the main banner bar, this will automatically take you to the user management page
Click on the edit icon shown below
In the following pop up you can click the Reset Password option which will send the user a password reset link to their mailbox
Note, if the users email address is wrong, you will need to update this in order for the password reset to be effective.
