How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password and cannot login

Go to on any browser and click on the link to reset your password

The next page will ask you for your Username, enter it into the text field and click RESET.

This will trigger an email to the address associated with your account, within this email there is a link to reset your password.

Please note if you do not know your username, you can find it in the original Account Activation email you received when your account was created: You can search in your email inbox to find it.

1. How many attempts can a user have before they get locked out?

Users have 5 attempts to enter the correct login credentials.

2. Once a user is locked out, will it automatically unlock after a certain period of time, or does it need manual intervention?

Manual intervention required - You can use the "forgotten password" method, this will unlock the account.

Or a Support Manager or Venue Admin can unlock your account.

3. Is there any minimum requirements for passwords, or can we have whatever we like?

The password must be at least 8 characters long, contain a mixture of upper and lower case letters and numbers
