Once a customer has been added to the queue, they will need to be marked as 'arrived'.
To do so, you will have to follow the steps below
1. Tap on the customer in question (this will open the customer details page)
2. Press ‘Arrive’
Once the customer has been marked as arrived you are then able to serve the customer. There are 3 ways to do this:
Serving the customer through the serve action button
Serving the customer through the customer details pop-up
Using the next feature on my customer
Action Button - Serve
Once you are ready to serve the customer, you can select the serve action button on the customer tile.
You will subsequently be presented with a pop up where you can assign the customer to the relevant team member and begin the appointment.

Alternatively, you can click on the customer tile which will present you with any additional information on the appointment in the form of a pop up.
From the pop-up you can assign this appointment to the relevant team member and then click the serve button to start the appointment.
Next Customer - Serve
To start serving the next customer, simply press the Next button, which will assign the next customer in the queue to you.
