The main Qudini interface

The main Qudini interface has two main areas:

  • On the left, customers added to the queue will be displayed

  • On the right are the advisors who can serve the customers

The customers and advisors who are shown will depend upon the queues that you have selected as being visible.

Changing Queues

You can select which queues you wish to view at any time by clicking the down arrow in the Queue Selector as indicated in the image above.

Currently, both Queue1 and Queue2 are selected. To hide a queue from view you can click to deselect it..

Understanding Customer Cards (walk-in customers)

  1. Queue Position: Here you can see the position in the queue alongside the name of the queue that the customer is in.

  1. Customer Details: In this area you can view the customer’s name , the product or service that they have stated as their reason for visit, as well as the ticket number (if enabled).

  1. The wait time: The time ‘waited’ indicates how long the customer has waited for, whilst the ‘quoted’ time is the estimated wait time when the customer was added to the queue. The colours of the timings will change depending how much they have progressed against their quoted wait time:

    1. Green: wait duration is below quoted wait time

    2. Amberwait duration is close to quoted wait time

    3. Redwait duration is over quoted wait time

  1. Customer due period: This will indicate when the customer can be expected to be seen, based on their position in the queue and the expected service times of customers ahead of them in the queue and available advisors.

  1. Details supplied: The symbols represent whether the customer has supplied a phone number or email address.

  1. Call back symbol: The is being called back for service, and will have been sent their call back text message (if enabled).
