SFTP is the most common process for this. Qudini has out of the box functionality to connect to an external SFTP host and push data on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis.
The reports can be sent in CSV format and are highly configurable, so can contain any data we capture and will of course contain the ‘external id’ passed to us in the earlier steps.
Due to the configurability of the reports, there is a professional services process for the onetime setup of the reports.
Qudini hosted:
Qudini can provide an SFTP server which is managed by us which the CRM is able to connect to. There is an additional ongoing cost for this.
Self hosted:
You provide access to your own SFTP server which Qudini connects to, and then your CRM also connects to.
Qudini is able to support both username/password or SSH keys for authentication.
Examples integrations:
Exponea:
Documentation on how to setup SFTP for Exponea can be found here: SFTP
Once an SFTP connection has been configured, you can then setup an ‘import’ in Exponea: Imports
Example Qudini output:
00001 | 2021-01-01 | booked_followup |
00001 | 2021-01-01 | purchase_made |
00002 | 2021-01-02 | booking_attended |
This data is then imported into the customer profile within Exponea.
