Manage appointment bookings - Old interface

We have improved the user interface so that using Qudini is faster and easier.

If you no longer see the interface as shown below because you are using the new design, please see: Managing appointment bookings using the Queue and Calendar

Navigating the Queue

When you first log into Qudini, you'll be taken to the Queue page where you'll see all you appointment bookings on the left side and all the available advisors on the right side.

By default this will show you all of the customer bookings for today, but you can search and move between dates using these options:

Customer tile

Advisors list

Customer Details

Clicking on a customer will bring up the Customer Details:

Serving A Customer Appointment Booking

To serve an appointment, it first needs to be marked as Arrived and assigned to an Advisor.

If you are using Staff Availability for bookings, then bookings will automatically be assigned when the appointment is created. The assigned advisor will be shown on the customer tile and in the customer details. However you can update the advisor before commencing the appointment.

When the customer is marked as Arrived, the Serve button will be shown. Pressing Serve will start the appointment.

Open the customer details > assigned an advisor > mark the customer as arrived > press Serve

Finishing an appointment booking

When the appointment is over and the Advisor is ready to be assigned to a new customer.
