How do I change my maximum capacity via the Desktop webapp (Occupancy Management)

You need to be a Venue Admin to perform this action.


Via the desktop

Log in using your normal username and password credentials then follow these steps:


1. Click on Admin

2. Select the queue you wish to change, you may have more than one.

3. Click Queue Details.

4. Input the new Maximum Occupancy number as needed.

5. Click Save.


This will update instantly for all users logged into the application for that specific queue.
