Service Queue 



The Retail/Service Queue interface shows customers on the left and staff activity/resource availability on the right. This enables you to manage the queue and appointments and then to track your customers whilst they are in service with a member of staff or using an amenity. enabling you to view staff members serving customers


Available on desktop browser, IOS and Android tablet and smartphone.



Key use cases


Customers walking in or booking appointments for service with staff where you want to record who served them and how long it too. Or for other services/experiences where service availability has a limiting factor and you want to track the customers journey through from start to finish. Including:

  • In-store services.
  • Virtual services.
  • Call a colleague in-store. 
  • Experiences.
  • Hire and rental.

Waitlist Queue



The waitlist queue interface shows waiting customers and upcoming appointments on the left and served/processed customers on the right. This enables you to build a waitlist of customers waiting for service or to collect orders and to manage them through your tailored workflow (button action titles are customisable).


Available on desktop browser, IOS and Android tablet and smartphone.


Key use cases

  • Curbside / Contactless Order Collection Scenarios.
  • Customer repair / personalisation services.
  • Waitlists to manage customers wanting to enter the store or receive service where service availability is not defined by the number of advisors and/or you don’t want to specifically track who served who and how long it took.

Occupancy Queue



The occupancy queue interface shows customers on the right and store occupancy on the right. This enables you to define the capacity of your physical space and to track occupancy against it by updating your customer tally counter and by managing walk-in and appointment customers from your queue into the physical space.


Available on desktop browser, IOS and Android tablet and smartphone.


Key use cases

  • Store entry/admission to a space or experience, particularly in cases where you want to track occupancy levels and you don’t need to track what customers do or who serves them within the store.
