To upload a list of users from a spreadsheet, you'll need to download the CSV template from the Venue User section:
1. Click Export within Venue Users, this will download a CSV template to you local storage.
2. Open this document and you'll see that it contains the list of existing users, remove any existing users and add the rows as needed for new users.
3. Remember to use the same data format in each cell as the existing rows.
4. Export the data sheet as a CSV file format.
5. Then click Upload users from spreadsheet and select the file you've just saved and click Upload.
