Our mobile app is always available on iOS TestFlight and Google Beta channel before it is released to the production app stores. This allows our customers to get advanced access and trial the latest features before they are available to all users.

Occupancy Management

  • +1 button colour - On mobile phone only, those who are using the feature with the +1/-1 buttons on the queue view, the '+1' button colour is now Blue to match the function

What’s been fixed?

General

  • Language selection - Available languages are now displayed in Customer Details when in-serve
  • Messages tab - SMS sent/received are no longer duplicating. This didn't actually send multiple of the same SMS but the UI could give the impression it had 
  • Self tag - Upon transferring a customer who is in-serve back to a queue, the 'Self' tag will no longer appear

Appointment Management

  • Rescheduling - All customer detail fields are now prepopulated if they are populated in the original appointment for current day and future appointments

  • Shift availability - An overhaul to setting shift availability which is consistent on both iOS & Android. The Set Availability UI now allows you to move onto the next advisor without having to close the time selector

Occupancy Management

  • Button names - Simplifying the names to '+1' instead of 'Add Customer', '+1 from virtual queue' instead of Add Customer from Virtual Queue and '-1' instead of 'Remove Customer'. Long press function remains the same to add or remove more than 1 customer

Occupancy Management

  • Edit occupancy - Within the 'Edit' pop-up (for users with at-least Admin role), they now the ability to 'Tell customers to come straight in' or 'Add customers to the queue' on the Kiosk when below max occupancy without having to access Qudini desktop to do this

  • Shift availability - Done button on iOS devices is now enlarged to make it easier to press as interim measure as we are currently hard at work to overhaul this experience for the better

Queue Management

  • Time text - Quoted has now been renamed to Estimated. The logic has not been changed

Appointment Management

  • Customer details - Unrelated content has been removed such as quoted/wait time. We now show the time since the customer was marked as arrived and date of when the appointment was made when previously it was just the time
  • Advisors due - We've removed the restriction to pre-assign Advisors

Occupancy Management

  • Virtual queue button - On mobile phone only, those who are using the feature with the +1/-1 buttons on the queue view, the 'add from virtual queue' button has now been removed on the occupancy view as this button is redundant

  • Group size - Transferring a customer to another queue whilst in-serve that has a group size allocated, is no longer removed in the process
  • Login - Multi-venue advisor screen is no longer cut off on a mobile phone

Appointment Management

  • Pre-assigning - Update advisor button when pre-assigning an advisors to an appointment now appears on a mobile phone
  • Profile - Appointments in the future now have the First name and Last name pre-populated when editing the customer details. This now solves the issue where entering notes for a future appointment would clear the customer name
  • Appointment times - Appointments in the future now display the appointment time on the customer card instead of 'in queue'

  • Customer cards - A fresh makeover of the customer cards where user feedback has been key to the new look
  • Swipe actions - Covering both Left to Right and Right to Left swipe actions for walk-in and appointment customers in queue for Retail and Occupancy queues. As well as the existing buttons beneath the swipe, new buttons have been added including confirmation prompts to the user where applicable
  • Queue header - Where the queue header shows the queue the user is a Server of, this has now been changed to show the user what queue they are currently viewing

  • Customer details - New bottom bar functionality for walk-in customers waiting in Retail, Click & Collect and Occupancy queues

  • Translations - We now support Chinese and Polish
  • Group size counter - The navigation bar queue selector now accommodates group sizes. This will be rolled out  in phases initially but if you're interested in having this now, get in-touch with your account manager to get this turned on for you
  • Push notifications - We have a new Qudini specific notification sound for push notifications. Listen out for it on iOS first, Android will follow after in the next release!

  • Login - The password field is now fully visible for customers using Zebra devices
  • Customer details - Details tab has now been renamed to Service
  • Pull to refresh - For retail, click & collect and occupancy screens, the 'pull to refresh' text has now been removed to allow for more space. The functionality still remains.
  • Toast notifications - You can now press the toast notification to close it without having to wait for it to automatically close
  • Skip one product selection - Where there is a one queue & one product configuration, the product selection page will be skipped automatically to the details page for Add Customer V2 & Create Booking
  • Language field - Where only 1 language is configured for SMS/Email, this field will no longer be displayed during the add customer/create booking journeys and within customer details - profile
  • Fields ordering - Customer fields are now displayed in the order of First name, Surname, Group size, Order number, Mobile number, Email, Post Code, Notes & Language (on the assumption all customer fields are enabled) during the add customer/create booking journeys and within customer details - profile

Queue Management

  • Add customer v2 - We've removed a lot of unnecessary space to create a more faster and cleaner UX following helpful feedback from end-users

Occupancy Management

  • Occupancy queue - On mobile phone only, when there are customers in a virtual queue, you will automatically transition to the queue screen where you can now add, remove, edit and reset occupancy. When there are no customers in the virtual queue you will automatically transition to the main occupancy screen

  • Mobile phone queue / advisor buttons - Button text is now visible where White branding is involved
  • Customer card swipe - The customer card no longer appears off screen when swiped on certain devices

  • Occupancy - We have developed a brand new feature to manage the occupancy of your venue. Please get in-touch with your account manager if you would like to find out more!
  • Group size - Capture the group size of your customer for both Walk-in and Appointment journeys. The availability of this field is configured via the desktop application admin panel where you can set it to be not visible, visible and non-mandatory & visible and mandatory like other fields. This is defaulted to not visible
  • History - See how a Walk-in or Appointment was cancelled, whether it be by a staff member or the customer
  • Waitlist queues - View multiple waitlist queues at once in the same behaviour as retail queues

  • Messages - Clearer information has been added on the messages tab when there is no phone number for the customer

  • Zoom integration - Qudini can now generate a Zoom URL for bookings that can be conducted over video call. Speak to support/your account manager if you'd like this enabled.

  • Task checklist - You are now able to create, view and complete a checklist (if added to a Task) to ensure a Task is completed on the basis of the checklist criteria being fulfilled.

  • Customer questions - We've now removed the ability to edit answers for the question type After Service by Customer.
  • Customer visit history - We've added helpful wording to explain the requirements for the feature to work.

Queue Management

  • Add Customer v2 - The 'One or more fields are invalid' validation is no longer displayed when valid values are entered. This will display again if there are outstanding invalid fields.
  • Click & Collect - We've done some styling adjustments to make the Order Number display without any obstruction.

  • Future bookings - Booking time is now displayed in Customer Details.

What’s been fixed?

General

  • Error notification - The error notification 'Failed to retrieve the latest queue information' no longer displays when launching the app.

Queue Management

  • Quoted time - Changing the appointment length was also changing the quoted time which is system generated and shouldn't be changed. This no longer happens for the quoted time.
  • Push notifications - Logging out and logging back in with the same user will still allow push notifications to function where previously it would stop until force stopping the app.
  • Waited & quoted durations - The format has now been changed to match the desktop application e.g. hours, minutes and days for Click & Collect queues.
  • My customer - When updating notes for a customer in My Customer, their name is no longer removed when viewed on the desktop application

Appointment Management

  • Server bookings - We've now fixed the logic against the setting where Servers must serve the first customer in the queue. When this was OFF, the Serve button was hidden for customers who were not first in queue which is incorrect.
  • Language - We've now fixed the language selector so Emails and SMS are sent to the customer in the intended language chosen

  • Server bookings - As a Server, there is now a new setting which when enabled, restricts to only serving bookings assigned to themselves.

Task Management

  • Upload attachments - We’ve now introduced the ability to upload attachments upon creating a task and when viewing task details from your device files or by taking a photo using the device camera. 

What’s been improved?

General

  • Performance - Response times for actions conducted have been improved for quicker feedback. The app has been further optimised for older devices to address the lagging user experience.
  • Pusher - We’ve now introduced Pusher instead of a 10 second poll. This means actions are drastically faster especially when multiple devices are in use. When an action is conducted on one device, this will become apparent almost instantly on another device.

What’s been fixed?

Queue Management

  • No show in serve - The No Show button available in customer details whilst being served now successfully removes the customer and marks them as a No Show. 
  • Reallocating customer - When reallocating a customer to an advisor who is already serving a customer, the customer details automatically closes for consistency as to when the same action is conducted for an advisor that is not serving.
  • Add Customer v2 - Improved stability of adding customers in cases of a bad network.

Task Management

  • Mobile - Improvements to the usability of task management on mobile (scrolling issues) so you’re able to see all the required information.
  • Task Details - Description missing on mobile view has now been fixed. 
  • Performance - Improve Queries being fetched when needed to avoid unnecessary data being returned, which can slow the application down.
