Adding an anonymous customer

Adding an anonymous customer will allow you to quickly assign a customer to a staff member without the need to take all their information.


Advisor Card


To add an anonymous customer using the Qudini tablet application you will need to follow the below steps.

  1. Swipe from right to left on the customer card.
  2. Behind the card will appear an option labelled 'Anonymous'
  3. Select this option.
  4. Proceed to complete the add customer journey.



My Customer


If you are serving the anonymous customer, then you can add them by clicking on the + button on the My Customer view.
