Adding an anonymous customer will allow you to quickly assign a customer to a staff member without the need to take all their information.
To add an anonymous customer using the Qudini tablet application you will need to follow the below steps.
- Swipe from right to left on the customer card.
- Behind the card will appear an option labelled 'Anonymous'
- Select this option.
- Proceed to complete the add customer journey.
If you are serving the anonymous customer, then you can add them by clicking on the + button on the My Customer view.
