Serving an Appointment

To serve an appointment you first need to mark the customer as arrived.


Tap on the customer in question, this will open the customer details page.

Tap ‘Arrive


To assign an Advisor tap on the name of the advisor and then Update Advisor icon:


Once a customer has been marked as Arrived and Assigned to an advisor, the customer booking is ready to be started and so the Serve Button will be displayed,


Press ’Serve’ to begin the service.
