Serving an Appointment

To serve an appointment you first need to mark the customer as arrived.


Tap on the customer in question, this will open the customer details page.

Press ‘Arrive’


Once the customer has been marked as arrived you are then able to assign the customer.


Once you have assigned the customer to a member of staff the ‘Serve’ button will no longer be greyed out.


Press ’Serve’ to begin the service.
