Serving a Queuing Customer

Using the Queue management tool you have 2 ways in which you can serve a customer:

The first method is the recommended steps to take.

1. Simply tap the ’Next’ Button, either within the staff members card OR in the ‘My customer’ tab. This will take the customer at the top of the queue and begin service.

 

The second option will be by selecting the customer first before assigning to a staff member.

1. Tap the customer card. This will open all the details the customer has provided so far.

2. You will then can select the staff member from the list provided on the right hand side of the details page.


3. Once you have selected a user the Serve button will no longer be faded, and you can press this button to assign the customer and begin the service.
