Running and Managing events

Once you have created an event, it is time to manage attendees and run your event.


On the day of your event, you can mark whether customers attended or not. To do this:


  1. Log into Qudini and click on Events in the main banner bar
  2. Click on All Future Events
  3. Select the correct event series by clicking Manage Events



4. Find your event in the list, and click Attendees





You will now see all the customers who have booked onto the event. When running your event it is key to mark whether they have attended. 


To mark a customer as attended an event, simply press the ‘Attended’ tile. The tile will turn green if done correctly.

If the customer has booked in, but not come to the event, press the ‘No show’ tile. The tile will turn orange on successful completion



If the customer cancels their attendance to the event, they will automatically show up as a cancel, there is no need to manually assign a customer to cancel.
