Marking a customer as arrived for appointment

In order to serve a customer with an appointment booking you must first mark the customer as having “arrived”.  To do so, you should:


  • Click on the card of the customer to open the Customer Details pop-up.



  • Then click on the button marked as “Arrive”



  • You now have the ability to serve the customer. It has also updated the customer card with a new icon highlighting that they have arrived.
