Managing daily walk-in availability

If you set advisor walk-in availability on a daily basis, then you can do this directly from the main Qudini interface.




  1. Press ‘SET AVAILABILITY’ above the advisors list


This will display the ‘SET AVAILABILITY’ pop-up, with each advisor listed, alongside their hours of availability for the day, and their designated queue.





  1. Set the advisors availability for that day, by entering the ‘Start’ and ‘End’ times in HH:MM format.


  1. If enabled, you can enter the location of the advisor within the venue, for example Desk No.1


  1. The advisor’s queue for that day is also set, and you can change this if required by simply selecting an alternative queue


Press ‘SAVE’ and all advisors shifts will be set for that day.
