The Customer Details pop-up is the home of information related to the customer you have selected. To open customer details click on the customer's name from the queue or the serving advisor from the advisor list.
The Customer Details pop-up will appear, defaulting to the details tab. There are four tabs in total:
The details tab, which shows information on the current service, including who added the customer to the queue and when, plus any notes that were added. Notes can be edited from this tab.
The profile tab, which includes customer information such as name, email address or phone number (depending on the configuration). These can be edited from this tab.
The history tab, which includes information on the customer’s previous visits (NB this requires the phone number field to be enabled and the Qudini sensitive data mode to be disabled in order to function).
The messages tab, which shows any SMS sent to the customer, as well as allowing SMS to be sent (subject to configuration)
Details Tab
Call Back: send the customer an SMS to return to store as it is nearly their time to be served
Push Back: push the customer back 1 place in the queue
Amend Product: change what product the customer is in store for
Edit: amend the notes related to the service
1B: Additional options may be available, depending on your configuration and subscription.
Profile Tab
This is where details about the customer are displayed, for example their name and phone number
Edit: amend any of the customer profile details
Customer profile: this contains details about the customer (subject to your configuration) including:
Name (first name and surname)
Phone Number (country code services included)
Email Address
Language preference
History Tab
History tab - to view history, you must click on the tab, this leads to an expansion of variables.
Visits in this store - this views the amount booking (calendar symbol) and walk-ins (walk symbol) the client has had in store.
Visits to our brand - this views the amount booking (calendar symbol) and walk-ins (walk symbol) the client has to ‘Our Brand’ therefore, other stores from the same merchant.
Upcoming / Current - this views the amount of upcoming appointments and current appointment the client is booked for.
Upcoming Bookings - after pressing the ‘+’ symbol (7), you can view a drop down of upcoming bookings with information such as ‘time’, ‘date’, ‘service’, ‘venue’ and ‘advisor’ (this is viewed as data).
Visit History - after pressing the ‘+’ symbol (7), you can view a drop down displaying the booking history of the client.
‘+’ - this symbol, once clicked expands the tab to view information and data.
NB: The history tab requires the phone number field to be enabled and the Qudini sensitive data mode to be disabled in order to function
Messages Tab
The messages tab will show all the SMS which have been sent to that customer and provide advisors with the ability to send SMS to customers
Message List: this is where a list of all SMS which have been sent to the customer will be displayed. Message content is also displayed
Write an SMS message to be sent: this field will differ depending upon your settings. There are two methods of sending SMS:
Template: you will be able to select an SMS from a series of predefined templates
Free text: you will be able to type a custom message to your customer
