Serving a customer

Once a customer has been added to the queue and it is time for them to be served, there are 2 ways to do this:


  1. Using Next feature through the ‘Advisor’ tab

  2. Serving the customer through the customer details pop-up


Next customer



To serve the next customer in the queue find the advisor that you wish to serve the customer, and then press the ‘Next’ button. This will assign the next customer to the selected advisor and commence service. 


Serve customer through Customer Details 

To serve a customer through customer details click the name of the customer in the queue that you wish to serve. 




This will display the Customer Details pop-up, from which you need to:


  1. Select the advisor that you wish to serve this customer.  This will mark the customer with a tick.

  2. Click on the serve button, which will assign the customer to the selected advisor and commence service.
